All commission purchases are non-refundable. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the price paid at checkout represents both a non-refundable down payment on the artwork prior to completion and a commission fee for the artist’s time, labor, and creative services. This payment secures your spot in the commission queue and compensates for work that begins immediately upon purchase.

Once a commission is ordered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please be sure you are fully committed to the project before completing your purchase.
